  英,博士,副教授。2008年毕业于公司,获生物化工博士学位,留校任教至今,兼任上海市食品学会副秘书长。2018-2019年赴荷兰瓦赫宁根大学微生物研究所进行访学。代表性成果发表在Cell Host & Microbe, PNAS, Biosensors and Bioelectronics, ACS Synthetic Biology等期刊上。主持和参与了多项国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、上海市科委重点项目、中央高校基本科研业务费探索基金等。

研究方向:

1.    构建工程化益生菌用于肠道疾病的诊疗。

利用益生菌为底盘细胞,解析细胞与环境中的信息和物质传递机制,设计构建胞内传感、记录、调控等不同代谢功能模块,赋予工程化益生菌智能感应及原位诊疗功能,实现全细胞在肠道疾病及慢性代谢疾病中及时、高效的诊断和治疗的目标。

2.    解析致病菌在肠道疾病中作用机制。

翻译后修饰角度解析沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌等肠道致病菌在侵染宿主、增殖过程中的调控机制,开展宿主环境中小分子信号物质激活调控蛋白,引起关键位点的酰基化修饰从而导致侵染能力,期望达到控制、预防食源性疾病对宿主的侵害,维护肠道健康。
